The Front-end electronics for anode signals of the Cathode Strip Chambers (CSC) of the CMS Endcap Muon System has been designed. Each channel of the electronics contains an input protection network, an charge sensitive amplifier, a shaper, a constant-fraction discriminator and a programmable delay with an output pulse width shaper. The essential part of the electronics is an ASIC CMP16_G . This is a custom designed 16 channel Amplifier-Discriminator. The Amplifier circuit optimized for detector capacitance up to 200 pF and detector size up to 1.5 x 3.4 m^2. The ASIC combines low power consumption (30 mW/channel) with excellent time resolution (~2 ns).

16 channel Anode Front-End Board (AFEB) AD16_F was designed with CMP16_G ASIC on it.
12,000 AFEB already were fabricated, tested and distributed into 4 sites for installation on the chambers. There are the following sites: University of Florida (UF), University of California Los-Angeles (UCLA), Petersburg Nuclear Physics Institute (PNPI) Russia, Institute of High Energy Physics (IHEP) China.

The second essential part of the electronics is an ASIC D16G (D16G). This is a custom designed 16 channel Programmable delay. Each channel consists of an input LVDS-to-CMOS level converter; four stages of dela with 1,2,4, and 8 steps; an output width pulse shaper. 16,000 chips were tested and sent for installation on the first readout module Anode Local Charge Tracker (ALCT).
