Abstract. We study the sensitivity of an asymmetric $B$-factory to indirect $CPT$ violating effects. We find that both dilepton signals and nonleptonic asymmetries can be used to bound the space of parameters describing possible $CPT$ violation in the mixing matrix of the neutral $B$ system.
