• Main aim:
• to create HEP Batch Computing Farm based on PC and use it for general purpose batch computing in High Energy Physics;
• to  get and keep an experience of small and midrange  inexpensive computing farms development.

• How to do it:
• as usual there is not enough paid man power to do it;
• as usual there is not enough financial resources to buy all required equipment and software at once;
• as  a  result we are trying to develop the project by collecting the required software, hardware, and other help from various sources:
• research laboratories, institutes, universities (they also might use BCFpc computing power over the Internet);
• Internet community;
• government institutions;
• advanced high tech commercial companies;
• individuals (students, etc.).

• Who we are:
• we are a team which exists and produces successful projects  concerning the computing in High Energy and Nuclear Physics for more than 25 years.  Our home page  is (i hope) interesting as well.

•  Where we are:
• we are @ High Energy Physics Division of   Petersburg Nuclear Physics Institute  (PNPI) - academic research site in Russia.
